Lifetime Deal Terms

1. What you buy

A lifetime plan is one payment, not a subscription. You pay once and keep the plan's features and limits, as listed on our Pricing page on the day you buy, for as long as MailSketch is offered.

The Core plan is available now at $99. The Agency plan is coming soon.

Lifetime plans are a launch offer. We may later offer subscriptions to new customers; that doesn't change a lifetime plan you have already bought.

2. Your limits are kept

When you buy, we record your plan's limits on your account. If we later change what a new buyer gets, your recorded limits don't change.

3. AI allowance

The Core plan includes a monthly AI allowance, shared by everyone in your workspaces: at least 15 full AI emails a month at today's rates. How the allowance works, and how it can change, is in our Terms of Service.

4. Codes

• Each purchase comes with one code.
• An account can have one active code of each kind.
• If you have more than one plan, the bigger one applies for each limit. Limits are never added together.

5. If MailSketch is ever discontinued

If we ever stop offering MailSketch, we will tell you at least 90 days before it ends and give you a way to export your work.

6. Refunds

Lifetime plans bought on mailsketch.com are covered by our Refund Policy. If you change your mind, ask within the refund window and you get your money back.
